After partition, this fenugreek coming from Kasaur was not available in the country. In such a situation, this variety of fenugreek started being grown in Malerkotla of Punjab and Nagaur of Rajasthan. Due to the advanced resources of our agriculture over the years, today the world’s best and fragrant Kasuri Methi is grown in our country. Not only this, today Rajasthan has become the largest producer of Kasuri fenugreek in the country. India has the largest production of fenugreek in the world.
