In such a situation, whenever you make corn roti, while kneading the dough, mix half a cup of wheat flour in it.

– If you take two cups of maize flour then add half a cup of wheat flour in it. If you add more than this then the corn flour will not taste good. You add a little turmeric to it, so that the color of the roti changes. Do not use cold water to knead the dough. Knead it with hot water. Let it rest for a while. Now make a ball and roll it. If you apply a little wheat flour and roll it, it will not break.

If you want, add 1 tablespoon oil or ghee while kneading the dough. This will also make the dough soft and easier to roll. This roti will not stick to the wheel and break while rolling.

If you want to eat roti without oil, then roast it on gas. Even by baking on gas, your corn roti will become puffy and soft easily.
