Ingredients to make Mango Papad
Mango pieces – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Desi ghee – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp (as per taste)

How to make Mango Papad
To make mango papad, first take good quality mangoes. After this cut the mango into pieces. After this, put 2 cups of mango pieces and 2 tablespoons of sugar in the mixer jar. Keep in mind that do not add water to it for blending. When the mango and sugar become homogeneous, take out the smooth puree in a bowl. Now heat a pan on medium flame and add mango puree to it and cook.

Cook the mango puree while stirring until the puree thickens well. After this add cardamom powder to the puree and mix. Now take a steel plate and apply desi ghee on it. Now put the prepared mango puree in the plate and spread it evenly. Now dry the plate by keeping it in the sun for 2-3 days. The puree has to be dried till it becomes transparent.
