Poha – 1 cup
Rice – 1 cup
Urad Dal – 1/3 cup
Baking soda – 1 pinch
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Dosa prepared from poha is very tasty. To make Poha Dosa, first clean the poha, rice and urad dal and soak them in water for some time. After this, put all the three things in the mixer and grind them and prepare the paste. Now take out the prepared paste in a utensil and keep it in the sun for 6-7 hours so that the dosa paste gets fermented well.

The dosa paste will puff up and double in size after a certain time. Before making dosa, mix a pinch of baking soda and salt as per taste in the paste. Now put a nonstick pan on the gas and heat it. After the griddle is hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around. Now take dosa paste in a bowl and spread it in a circular motion by putting it in the center of the griddle.
