Everyone was surprised when Ajay Devgn and Tabu came face to face in ‘Drishyam’. The second part of this film was awaited since ‘Drishyam’. Finally ‘Drishyam 2’ has been released in theaters today. After waiting for 7 years, Ajay Devgan has returned with his family as Vijay Salgaonkar. But this time there is no new story, rather the old story has been scrapped once again. You must read this review to know whether the audience will enjoy the re-opening of this old case.

Story: It has been 7 years since the Sameer Deshmukh murder case and in these years, Vijay Salgaocar and his family have moved on from old wounds. Vijay now runs Miraj Cable as well as a cinema hall. Along with this, he is also preparing to make a film. At the same time, DIG Meera Deshmukh is still coming from London every year and praying for the peace of her son’s soul. But Meera has not forgotten anything. The police cannot accept their defeat so easily from a fourth failure and that is the reason why the case is reopened after several attempts and adding more evidence. But this time, will Vijay’s family be punished for that crime or will he survive the fourth failure, you will have to watch the film to see this.

Talking about the first half of the film, the story seems a bit slow in the beginning. The highpoints will seem a little less in the initial part. Rather, in some scenes, you will feel that why this was shown or this scene was not understood. But actually after the interval, you will come to know that many scenes shown before the interval are related to the buildup of the story, the secret of which will be revealed after the interval. In the beginning, the story is just going on, but you will hold the handles of the chairs when Akshaye Khanna’s entry takes place.

This film will definitely be compared to the first film, but it also needs to be understood that in the first film, a crime takes place in the first half and the entire second half goes out of its way to prove that the crime ‘did not happen’. But it is not so here. In ‘Drishyam 2’, only pieces of the puzzle are scattered before the interval, which have been put together in the second half in such a way that you will enjoy it. This is the reason why this ‘Drishyam 2’ cannot compete with its own first film after a spectacular climax. Talking about acting, in this film also Ajay has acted with his eyes because he does not have the job of speaking in this film. The awe of Shriya Saran’s eyes will reach you too. However, this time both the daughters have nothing else to fear.

If you have seen Drishyam, then you must watch this second part of this film because it will not disappoint you. Yes, have some patience in the first part, it will be a lot of fun after the interval. 3 stars to this film from my side.
