Drumstick pods – 2-3
Curd – 1 cup
Roasted cumin – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Drumstick Raita
To make raita of drumstick pods, first peel the upper part of drumstick pod and then cut it into pieces. Now put water in a vessel and heat it. Put pieces of drumstick in water and boil it for 5 minutes. While the pods are boiling, put curd in a big bowl and churn it well with the help of a churner. The curd has to be churned until it becomes smooth.

After this add red chili powder, roasted cumin, salt as per taste and a little water to the curd and mix well. By the time the curd for raita is ready, the drumstick pods will be well boiled.
