DU UG Admission 2023 Eligibility: Delhi University has released the eligibility criteria for admission to undergraduate courses for the coming session. The university has clarified that admission to many undergraduate courses will be based on CUET score. In this regard, the registrar of DU says that it is necessary for the candidates to appear in the CUET in the paper of those subjects which he had taken in the twelfth.
Last year students had problems
According to the TOI report, last year also the admission cycle was the same but many students faced problems as they were not familiar with the guidelines. Those who had taken gap and those who wanted to change stream also have to give CUET in the same subject which was their subject in 12th.
Admission in this course will also be done through CUET.
DU also said that admission to Bachelor of Fine Arts course will also be done through CUET only. In the last academic session, admissions were delayed due to the tussle between DU and Ambedkar University Delhi. Although the admission process and entrance tests were conducted by Ambedkar University, the elevation was given to Delhi University by a court order.
First read the information bulletin
In this regard, DU Registrar Vikas Gupta says that students should read the information bulletin before applying. In this, they will get information about detailed guidelines, eligibility of each program, seat matrix, etc. After collecting all the information, applying will help them and there will be no confusion.
University has launched website
The university has also launched a website for the upcoming academic session. The university is adopting many methods so that the students can be made more and more aware. Not only this, the first webinar on the admission process will be released on 17 February 2023.
