Tech Joint Google on one hand where Chat is troubled by GPT and on the other hand now it has got a strong blow from NCLAT i.e. National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. In fact, the law firm has upheld the decision of the Competition Commission of India and asked Google to pay a fine of Rs 1,338 crore within 30 days. Along with this, the law company has also rejected the fact that CCI has done any favoritism in giving its verdict against Google. Now Google will have to pay the fine in due time. However, if the tech giant wants, it can challenge the law company’s decision in the Supreme Court.
