How to do: step 1: Hold a dumbbell in hand. Keep your arms hanging by your sides.

Step 2: Keep your elbow close to your torso.

Step 3: Keeping your upper arms stationary, exhale as you curl the weights up, contracting your biceps.

Step 4: Return to the starting position and repeat the same on the other side.

How To: Step 1: Stand with your feet slightly wider than hip-width.

Step 2: Hold a dumbbell in hand with your arms by your sides.

Step 3: Bring the dumbbells up to your shoulders.

Step 4: Keeping your head forward, your back straight and your chest high, bend your knees and come to a squatting position.

How To: Step 1: Keep your feet hip-width apart.

Step 2: Hold dumbbells in hands with your arms by your sides.

Step 3: Take your right leg forward and make a 90 degree angle and get into the lunge position.

Step 4: Push off with your feet to return to standing position.

Step 5: Repeat on your left side.

How To: Step 1: Hold dumbbells in hands with your torso bent and knees slightly bent.

Step 2: Squeeze your shoulder blades, then pull the dumbbells toward your waist.

Step 3: Bring the dumbbell back to the starting position.

Step 4: Now repeat the exercise again in the same way.
