Commuters on the Ring Road will no longer have to wait long for buses. The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) has for the first time rolled out 42 electric buses on both sides of the Ring Road for the convenience of commuters. With this, passengers will get buses in Mudrika buses at an interval of just 10 minutes. For the journey of about 50 kilometers on Ring Road, passengers will have to spend only Rs 25 on the ticket.

With the introduction of e-bus service on Ring Road, bus connectivity will be available to the commuters to reach any corner of Delhi. On DTC’s Ring Road, commuters on both sides (up/down) will get e-buses from Kashmere Gate from 5 am onwards. The last bus will leave at 9 pm. Buses of this route are run from ISBT Kashmiri Gate in both the directions.

Giving this information, DTC said that 42 eco-friendly electric buses have been run from ISBT Kashmere Gate in both the directions. This is providing an easy, convenient and efficient service to the commuters of Delhi. Buses will ply from ISBT Kashmere Gate via Sarai Kale Khan, Lajpat Nagar, Dhaula Kuan, Punjabi Bagh, Azadpur, Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar and Kashmere Gate.
