An e-rickshaw driver, upset with the demand of convenience fee by the Home Guard in Ratanchhatri area of Vrindavan in the pilgrimage city of Mathura, tried to set himself on fire by spraying petrol on his wife and children. People present nearby stopped the driver and saved his life.
