This halwa also proves to be very beneficial for health in the cold season.

In Delhi, some artisans from Rajasthan were selling unique dishes at their stalls, of which radish halwa was the center of attraction. As soon as they saw radish halwa at this stall, people were stopping to eat it. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, the operator of this stall, told the recipe of radish halwa. To make radish halwa, first of all we have to select radish. Like you cannot take dry and hard radish. To make halwa, you should use small and fresh radishes.
⦁ First of all dust the radish and cut it into small pieces. Then clean it again and again with water.
⦁ Boil small finely chopped radish, then fry it in desi ghee, add mawa to it and cook well.
⦁ Then when the halwa starts cooking well, then add sugar to it and cook it well, then you can serve it by adding dry fruits on top.
⦁ If you are making 1 kg radish halwa, then use half kg ghee and half kg mawa in it, only then your hawa will be prepared well.

Rakesh ji told that radish is very beneficial for health. Radish is a panacea for constipation. Eating this relieves chronic constipation. It also provides relief in piles. This also keeps the digestive system healthy. Eating radish is also advised in Ayurveda because there is no better medicine than radish for cleaning the intestines.
