Spinach – 1 cup chopped
Gram flour- 1 cup
Corn- one cup
Onion- half cup
Capsicum – 1/4 cup
Green chilli – 2 chopped
Ginger paste – half teaspoon
Garlic paste- half teaspoon
Black pepper- 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Cumin powder- half teaspoon
Salt- as per taste
Water
Oil

How to make Palak Corn Chilla
Wash spinach thoroughly and chop it finely. Put spinach and corn in the mixer and grind it. When a smooth paste is formed, take it out in a bowl. Now add finely chopped onion, capsicum, green chilli, ginger and garlic paste and mix. Then add black pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste and mix the mixture. If it becomes too thick then you can add some water. Cheela batter is ready. Now keep a pan on the gas. When it gets heated well, add light oil. Now take one Kalchhun Cheela mixture and pour it on the pan and spread it well. Cook it on medium flame. Cover it with a lid for a few seconds. Turn and cook on both sides until golden brown. When it is cooked, keep it in a plate and enjoy it hot with sauce, curd, green chutney.
