Recipe
Sadhana Yadav says that first fry the gum in ghee and grind it. Fry corn, millet, wheat and rice flour in the same ghee till they turn light brown. Add coconut bad and grated raw turmeric and fry for a few seconds. Add jaggery or honey to it and mix on low flame till melting. Now add gum powder and flaxseed and mix well. Cool this mixture lightly and make small laddus. Delicious and healthy medicine laddus are ready.
