Apart from posters and banners at stations and trains, voters will also be informed about their importance through sound system. Information about the programs of the Election Commission will also be available.

In the instructions issued by the Chief Electoral Officer of the state, Navdeep Rinwa, it was said that this time the cooperation of the Railway Ministry is also being taken to make the electoral process more inclusive, informative and participatory. Voter awareness films will be played on displays at major railway stations.

Also posters and hoardings will be put up.

Along with this, pre-recorded announcements can be played at the time of departure and arrival of the train from the originating station, intermediate station in trains like Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Duronto Express etc. The content will be included in the Electronic Reservation Slip (ERS) e-tickets issued by IRCTC.

Information given to government employees about voting

Government officers and employees were trained to vote through postal ballot in the Lok Sabha elections. Under the chairmanship of Postal Ballot Officer-in-Charge Vandita Srivastava, information about voting through postal ballot etc. was given in the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday.
