A company named AutoNxt has launched the country’s first electric tractor AutoNxt X45 in the market. The starting price of this tractor is Rs 15 lakh. However, it does not have the subsidy available on electric vehicles. The subsidy will vary according to each state. According to reports, this tractor will work for about 6 hours on a single charge. Whereas it can be fully charged in 6 to 8 hours with a single phase charger and in three hours with a three phase charger.
This tractor has a 32 KW electric motor. At the same time, it can generate 45 HP of power. A battery pack of 35KWHr capacity has been provided in the tractor. The company is claiming that this tractor gives high torque and intense acceleration. Also, it can work without noise.
