To keep the account active on Twitter, any user must open his account once within 30 days. If Ko does not do this then the account is removed from the active list and the company can disable it. After removing the long-closed account from the platform, Twitter will be able to allot all those handles to other or new users because at present all these handles are registered on Twitter in someone else’s name and the company cannot give these user names to other people. .
