Ritu Raj/Muzaffarpur. Bad news is coming from Muzaffarpur for the ill-mannered and bribe-taking officials of the Education Department. If you lose even a little bit of manners while talking to the teachers during the school inspection, the teachers standing prostrate will beat you with sticks. On the contrary, if you interact politely with the teachers, they will make your mood more pleasant by giving you red roses. Yes! Teachers of government schools from Muzaffarpur city to rural areas will now keep both sticks and red roses with them.
Welcome with both sticks and bouquet
In fact, the employed teachers of Muzaffarpur district have opened a front to protest against the alleged corruption prevalent in the education department. In this regard, the Parivartika Teachers Association has distributed sticks and bouquets among the teachers associated with its organization. Through this campaign, the same message is being given to the teachers that any officials who come to school with the intention of misbehavior and bribery, should now be welcomed with sticks. Whereas, the officers who come to inspect the school with the right intention and to improve the system, should welcome them with a bouquet.
Will be distributed among all teachers
Leader of Parivartankari Teachers Association and employed teacher Lakhan Kumar told Local 18 Bihar that this campaign has been started with a good purpose. Both the honor and respect of teachers are linked to this. Teachers will keep sticks to protect their honor and bouquets to respect others. He told that all the existing schools will be coordinated by the group and distribution of sticks and bouquets will be done among all the teachers there.
New rules for land sale in Bihar are in trouble, owners are not able to sell even this land
This will be started from district to block and then from there to all the schools through clusters. The teacher leader also made serious allegations against the local District Education Officer. He said that the present DEO was earlier posted in Chapra. Then the Legislative Councilor and MLA had written against him to the District Administration and Education Department, Patna, but nothing happened to the DEO.
