Ingredients to make Palak Puri
Flour – 2 cups
Spinach chopped – 250 grams
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Green chili paste – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Carom seeds – 1/4 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1 tsp
Oil
salt – as per taste

How to make Palak Puri
To make Tasty Palak Puri for breakfast, first choose soft spinach with large leaves. Wash them in water and separate the leaves by breaking the thick stems. Now heat water in a vessel and boil it after adding spinach leaves. After the spinach leaves become soft, turn off the gas and take out the leaves from the water and transfer them to the mixer and grind them to make a paste. Transfer the prepared paste in a utensil.

Now sieve the flour in a vessel and add spinach paste, ginger-green chilli paste, carom seeds and mix it. After this add gar masala amchoor powder, 1 teaspoon oil to the flour and mix. Now add water little by little and knead the dough for Puri. After this, make small balls of the dough and take one ball and roll it in the shape of a puri. Similarly roll 4-5 puris and keep them.
