How To Make Aloo Pyaz Mirch Pakode: It would be wonderful if you get hot and spicy pakoras with a cup of tea in the rainy season. Actually, the combination of tea and pakoras with drizzling rain is considered very good. Especially if the pakoras are made of potatoes, onions and chillies, then it is a different thing altogether. You can easily make them at home and increase the fun of the family members. When you make this delicious pakora, all the members of the house will not get tired of praising it and everyone will like its taste. So let’s know the method of making this delicious recipe.
Material
Coriander seeds – 2 tablespoons
Black pepper – 1/2 tablespoon
Ajwain – 3/4 tbsp
Gram flour – 1.5 cups
Grated potato – 1/4 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Bhavnagri chilli – 1/4 cup
Green onion – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Green chilli- 1 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1/5 tsp (or Eno)
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Cooking oil for frying
Method of making
-First of all, put coriander, black pepper and cumin in a mortar and grind it coarsely. Now take gram flour in a big vessel and add water to it and make a thick paste. Now beat it well with your hand for 5 minutes.
-Now add grated potatoes, finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, thick chillies, green chillies and crushed spices. Now add finely chopped coriander leaves to it.

-Now mix them well. Lastly add salt, two pinches of soda and two spoons of lemon juice. If soda is not available then you can use Eno.
-Now heat two spoons of oil in a ladle and add half a spoon of asafoetida and pour it on the batter. Your perfect batter is ready. Now keep adding it in hot oil in small portions and fry it.
