According to experts, one should avoid weight training when the body and mind go through excessive stress. When people who work out feel stressed, they start doing more intense workouts, which can have a negative impact on their health. Drinking more water than the body needs is also dangerous. Due to this, the body can become dehydrated, which is dangerous for health.
