In this meeting, Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that the incidents of stubble burning have reduced compared to earlier. Official data shows that incidents of stubble burning have decreased by 35 percent in Punjab and 21 percent in Haryana as compared to last year. At the same time, if compared with 2017, there has been a decrease of 51 percent in the total cases of stubble burning.
