Shop owner Yashpal told that he is 76 years old and this shop has been running since 1954. Not only Dahi Bhalla and ‘Palak Chawal’ of his shop, Bhature Chole, Kulche Chole and Rasmalai are also quite famous. Here Dahi Bhalle is 80 rupees plate and Palak rice is 90 rupees plate.

Specialty of Dahi Bhalle and Spinach Rice

Their bhallas are made of urad dal, which contains cumin, ginger and black pepper. The curd that is put on these hairs is also very thick. Masala is also put on these dahi bhallas which is made of coriander and black pepper. Their special thing is that they give curd to Bhallas in an earthen kulhad. Their spinach rice rice has peas and paneer. On which then these chickpeas and spinach are also put. Along with this, they also give you pickle of onions and carrots. The special thing in this too is that this spinach rice is given to you in an earthen kulhad.

Will be forced to eat fingers

Customer Gaurav told that I am 49 years old and he has been coming here since the age of 18. Its taste is such that you will eat your fingers too. Dharmendra ji said that he has been coming here since the age of 20, he likes the curd bhalle and palak rice very much.

To come here, you have to get down at Chandni Chowk metro station. From there coming towards Fatehpuri Masjid you will find this shop. This shop remains closed only on Sundays. You can come here between 10:30 am to 8:00 pm.
