Actually, Nepali aunty whose name is Kajal Joshi came to Bhilwara from Nepal and 1 year ago she used to be a housewife but she started making and selling momos to support her family. After some time, she is gaining popularity among the taste lovers for her handmade momos and along with this, she is also supporting the expenses of her entire household.

The magic of taste reached people’s lips within 1 year
Nepali aunty Kajal Joshi, who has a shop at Azad Nagar intersection in Bhilwara city, says that she started making momos a year ago. In which I first started making Paneer Momos which people liked a lot. For one year, this taste became popular among the people and became the first choice of the people. After this, on the demand of the people, spring roll and paneer chaap were also included in the menu.

Every item here is made from cheese.
Kajal says that every type of item here is made only from paneer, which people like very much. There are three members in my family, including my husband and a son. My husband also helps me in this work. People like the taste of this place so much that people gather here in the evening. If we talk about their price, then the price of Paneer Momos is Rs 40, while the price of Paneer Chaap and Spring Roll is Rs 50, which comes within the budget of every common person, from a student.
