After which now the education department is being disgraced. Actually, in the last month of November, teacher Mohd. After his health deteriorated, Zaheer had written an application to the Education Department asking for medical leave and he was also granted leave. But later when the report of e-Shiksha Kosh portal came out, it was seen that teacher Mohd. Zaheer has been given maternity leave instead of medical leave. The teacher has been given maternity leave from 18th to 27th November.
The education department is being heavily criticized
The education department is constantly in the news for its achievements. Sometimes teachers register their attendance fakely, and sometimes the education department goes a step ahead of the teachers and grants maternity leave to male teachers only. School head teacher Shankar Rajak said that the teacher had applied for medical leave, after which he approved the application and sent it to the senior officer of the department.
On the whole matter, District Program Officer (Establishment) of the Education Department, Paras Kumar said that there is no option of medical leave or special leave in applying for leave on the e-Shiksha Kosh portal. Whenever an application for medical leave is made, it automatically becomes maternity leave. He said that this happened due to a technical mistake. But due to a technical mistake of the Education Department, now the Education Department is being disgraced.
