Its name is Kufri Neelkanth. Anthocyanil and anti-oxidants are also present in this potato. By sowing blue potatoes in one hectare, you can produce up to 400 quintals in a period of 90 to 100 days.

Cultivation of Red Radish
Who doesn’t like a little sweet and astringent radish. The salad made from it is served from dhabas to restaurants as well, but now the color of radish has also changed with time. Yes, now red colored radish has entered the market.

We are not talking about beetroot, we are talking about red colored radish, which is cultivated in these winters only. Well-drained sandy-loam soil is most suitable for red radish cultivation. If you want, you can prepare red radish plant in the nursery and do its commercial cultivation.

It is sown in rows and is ready for harvesting in 40 to 60 days, which can produce up to 54 quintals. If we talk about ordinary-white radish, it will be available in the market for Rs.50 per kg, but the country Red colored radish is sold abroad at Rs 500 to Rs 800 per kg.
