Extra Marital Affair: In Mumbai’s Santacruz area, a woman along with her lover conspired to kill her husband in such a sinister way that even the police are surprised to know. The woman used to mix slow poison in her husband’s food everyday, one day he died. The woman and the lover had done a complete planning so that the reason for the person’s death could not be caught. After investigation, the police have arrested the woman and her lover on the charges of murder.
Police say that earlier the woman’s mother-in-law had also died in the same way as her husband. Similar symptoms have appeared in both the diseases. The police suspect that the woman killed her mother-in-law in the same way as she killed her husband. Police is investigating closely.
Wife left her husband and then came back
Police said that the accused woman’s name is Kavita, who started living separately from her husband Kamalkant a few years ago, but then citing the future of the child, she came back to Santacruz with her husband’s family. Kamalkant’s mother suddenly died of stomach ailment within a few days of his arrival. Only a few days had passed that Kamalkant also had a stomach ache and he also died after his health deteriorated.

When Kamalkant’s blood was examined in the hospital, it was found that traces of poisonous substances like arsenic and thallium were found in large quantities in his blood. The police were surprised that it is unusual for any human body to increase toxic substances in this way. On suspicion in the case, the police first registered an ADR and then after registering a case of murder, the investigation was handed over to the Crime Branch.
A dreadful conspiracy was hatched to kill her husband
In the investigation of Crime Branch, it was found that the deceased Kamalkant was given slow poison. After this, the police arrested Kamalkant’s wife Kavita and her lover Hitesh Jain. Regarding the investigation, Police Inspector Sanjay Khatale of Crime Branch Unit 9 said that along with Kamalkant’s medical report, Kavita and the statements of the family members, information related to Kamalkant’s diet was also collected. Due to this, the dreadful conspiracy of this murder was revealed.

Investigation revealed that Kavita had conspired to kill her husband by planning with her lover Hitesh. Under this conspiracy, he started giving slow poison in Kamalkant’s food. The police is now also investigating whether the death of Kamalkant’s mother was also done under the same conspiracy because the symptoms of Kamalkant and his mother’s illness are similar. Kavita and her boyfriend Hitesh Jain are childhood friends.
