Breakfast shopkeeper Rakesh Soni told that his small breakfast shop is located next to Raipur Tehsil office and below BSNL office. Here you will get three types of amazing breakfast. You can taste Mungodi, Samosa and Puri here. You will get all the breakfast items at Rs 25 per plate. 2 pieces of puri and vegetable are served for 25 rupees. There are two pieces of samosa in one plate. Apart from this, you can taste 8 pieces of Mungodi in a plate for Rs 25. Two types of chutneys are given along with it. In which one is tomato chutney and the other is gram vegetable.
Earning more than one lakh every month
The shopkeeper further told that the Mungodi here is famous in entire Raipur, hence it is in huge demand. This bada is made from pure dal, coriander and chilli, which remains quite soft. Mungodi is made from 10 kg pulses daily. This small snack shop earns an average daily income of Rs 4500. At the same time, it goes up to Rs 1 lakh 35 thousand in a month. The shop opens from 9 am to 6 pm. By 6 pm, all the ingredients for making breakfast are exhausted. People from different areas of Raipur come here to have the famous breakfast. Apart from the common people, the officers and employees of the court, Mekahara hospital and tehsil are also crazy about the breakfast available here.
