Now if any farmer wants to sell his crop at MSP and is not registered, then he no longer needs to worry. Because now the government has extended the date of registration. Without registration, farmers will not get its benefits.

There is talk of providing relief to the farmers of Madhya Pradesh. The state government has extended the date of registration for purchase of paddy, jowar and market at Minimum Support Price i.e. MSP. So that farmers can get themselves registered. Now farmers can register till October 14, 2024 for purchasing paddy, jowar and millet at support price in the Kharif marketing year 2024-25, because the government has extended the date of registration. This has been done because many farmers were not able to get themselves registered, the fact that the registration date has been extended is a great relief for such farmers.

You can register yourself through mobile phone

Farmers can register their crops online from home using mobile phones. For this, farmers will have to go to e-procurement portal or app. Here farmers will have to give information related to their land and account. Apart from this, farmers can also register through MP Kisan App. Anyone can download this app from Google Play Store. After this, go to the e-procurement option and then fill the necessary information related to your land i.e. farming, grains and bank account.

This is how offline registration will happen

Farmers also have the facility of offline for registration. This will be free. For this, farmers have the facility to register for free by visiting the convenience centers in Gram Panchayat and Janpad Panchayat offices, convenience centers in Tehsil offices, registration centers run by cooperative societies and cooperative marketing institutions.

Farmers can also register their crops through MP Online Kiosk Centre, Common Service Center Kiosk, Public Service Center and cyber café run by private individuals. Registration can be done at these places by paying prescribed fees. The farmer will have to pay a fixed fee of Rs 50 per registration.
