Farmers Protest: Farmers of Punjab are preparing to march to Delhi again for the guarantee of Minimum Support Price (MSP). Farmers want guarantee of minimum support price (MSP) of crops from the government. Farmers in every village of Punjab are united and ready to leave for Delhi. In 2020, Delhi and the country felt the heat of the farmers’ movement. Then the farmers movement went on for 378 days.

Therefore, there are preparations to stop them in Haryana itself. Haryana government has started arrangements to stop their entry. Fronts are being set up for barricading and monitoring on the roads.
Central government sent three ministers for talks
However, the central government has entrusted the responsibility of calming the anger of Annadata to its three senior ministers. Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda, Piyush Goyal, Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai have met farmer leaders in Chandigarh. Along with this, these leaders also talked to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.

These people say that the Union Ministers have heard our arguments in support of MSP and have said that they will have to talk about this in Delhi. If there is any discussion again till 13th then it is a different matter but for now our Delhi march will be planned for 13th February.
What did CM Bhagwant Mann say?
Chief Minister of the State Bhagwant Maan Said that consensus has been reached on some issues but talks will continue even today. On the issue of MSP, the Union Ministers said that this is a policy decision and cannot commit anything here because it will have to be discussed in Delhi.
