Local people resident of Kamalganj of Farrukhabad say that unique Imarti is found here. Which are made as per the demand at all times. Shopkeepers say that a mixture is prepared using moong and many types of pulses. In which oil is heated in a pan and this mixture is given a round shape with the help of a cloth.
The shopkeeper told that when the Imarti gets cooked and turns red, it is put in the syrup made by the sugar prepared earlier. When it cools down, it is ready to eat.
