Shop operator Nitin Gupta says that this sweet has been the special identity of his establishment for the last eight years. The special taste of Kaju Katli makes it different from other sweets, due to which there is always a crowd of customers at the shop. This delicious barfi is sold for one thousand rupees per kg, and people enjoy this sweet from morning till late night.

Nitin Gupta told Local 18 that his shop was founded by his father, and now he is running it successfully. Kaju Katli is the special sweet of their shop, which is different and special from other sweets due to its high quantity of cashew nuts. The shop is open from 8 am to late night, and sweets are on sale continuously.
Take care of health along with taste
Shopkeeper Nitin Gupta told that high quality cashews are used in making Kaju Katli. It is prepared by first grinding cashews and then roasting the dry fruits in ghee. After this, cashew nuts and sugar are mixed and cooked and then it is flattened in a square tray. When it cools and dries, it is cut into pieces and decorated with cashew nuts and cardamom. Due to this unique recipe, the taste of Kaju Katli becomes even more delicious.
