Ingredients for making Mango Rabri Falooda

For the rabri
Full fat milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 2½ tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Rose water – 1 tablespoon

For the Falooda
Mango puree – half a cup
Vanilla custard powder – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 2 tablespoon
Water – 2 cups

For an ice bath
Ice cubes – 5-6
Cold water – 1 liter

For assembling
Soaked Sabja – 2 tablespoons
Chopped mango – half a cup
Vanilla Ice Cream
Tutti Frutti – 1 tablespoon
Almonds – 3-4 chopped
Cashews – 3-4 chopped
Pistachio- 3-4 chopped

Recipe for making Mango Rabdi Falooda
First of all, to make rabri, put milk in a pan. Add sugar to it and boil the milk and thicken it. Now add rose water and cardamom powder to it and mix it. Keep it in the fridge to cool. Take out the pulp of mango. Put it in the mixer and make a puree. Take it out in a bowl and add custard powder, powdered sugar, 2 cups of water and mix it well. Put mango puree in a cold pan and then turn on the gas. Cook it and make it like a thick paste. Now slowly fill it in the Falooda machine. If you do not have a Falooda machine, then spread this material in a square tray-like vessel and cut it into small pieces. Of course, it will not have the shape of Falooda, but you can use it this way also. If you are making Falooda in a machine, then press it and put it in the shape of noodles in a bowl with chilled water containing ice. Let the Falooda remain in it for 5 minutes and then take it out in a separate vessel.

Now take a glass and spread rose syrup all around it. Add rabri, add a layer of falooda, then add soaked sabja. Then add chopped mango pieces and again add some rabri and falooda. Add everything again in the same order. Add vanilla ice cream, tutti-frutti, pistachio, cashew, almond on top. Tasty Mango Rabri Falooda is ready.
