Fighter director Siddharth Anand on IAF making sure each frame gets portrayed correct


Siddharth Anand on Fighter: Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Fighter’ is making waves at the box office. This aerial action film has received a lot of positive responses from critics and audiences. Now the film’s director Siddharth Anand has revealed many things related to the fighter.

Every scene of ‘Fighter’ was shot under the supervision of IAF officers.
Recently, during an interview given to Instant Bollywood, Siddharth told that everyone has worked hard to improve every scene of the film. When he was asked whether you had taken any precautions during the shooting of Fighter because you don’t know what might offend the public, Siddharth said, ‘We all were very careful about this thing. This film has been made completely in collaboration with IAF. During every scene of the film, two IAF officers were always present with us as consultants. The entire film has been shot under the supervision of IAF. I wanted to make this film not a documentary but a Hindi commercial film.

There was an uproar over Hrithik-Deepika’s kissing scene.
Let us tell you that a few days ago a controversy had arisen regarding a scene in the film. Actually, in the film, Hrithik and Deepika are seen kissing each other wearing Air Force uniform. Expressing objection to this, Soumya Deep Das, an Air Force officer from Assam, had also sent a legal notice to the makers.

After which Siddharth said in his clarification that “I am happy to answer this question. This film has been made completely in collaboration with IAF. IAF has been a co-collaborator in this film and a big associate in our film. Has been a partner.

Talking about the box office collection of Fighter, this film released on January 25 has crossed the figure of Rs 200 crores. Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi, Karan Singh Grover and Sanjeeda Sheikh have also played important roles in the film.
