Ingredients for making Arabic Patra
To make arbi patra, colocasia leaves 3, salt as per taste, lemon juice 1 teaspoon, gram flour 1 cup, turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon, coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon, red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon, Cumin powder 1/2 tsp, Garam masala 1/4 tsp, Ajwain 1/2 tsp, Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp, Ginger garlic chili paste 1 tsp, 2 tsp green coriander leaves chopped, 7-8 Take curry leaves, green chilies 2, oil as per requirement, mustard seeds 1/2 tsp, asafoetida 1/4 tsp.

Arbi Patra Recipe
First of all wash and clean the colocasia leaves. Then remove their stem and cut them into fine slices. Then put lemon juice and a little salt in it and keep it aside for fifteen minutes, so that it becomes soft. Now take gram flour in a bowl to prepare the batter. Then add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, celery, sesame, ginger garlic chili paste and mix some water and prepare the batter by beating for three to five minutes.

Then mix green coriander leaves in it and fill this mixture in a glass and steam it for fifteen to twenty minutes. Then when it cools down, take them out and cut them into round pieces. Now heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chillies and sesame seeds and let them splutter. After this, put all these slices in it and bake till they turn golden brown from both the sides. Your hot arbi patra is ready. Serve it with green chutney or sauce.
