New Speaker of Lok Sabha: BJP MP Om Birla was elected Speaker of the Lok Sabha by voice vote on Wednesday (June 25, 2024). After this, former Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Arvind Sawant mentioned Manipur while congratulating Birla.
