Garlic cloves – 5-6
Green chili – 3-4

Linseed Chutney Recipe
It is very easy to make nutritious linseed chutney. To make this, first clean the flax seeds thoroughly. After this, put a nonstick pan on the gas to heat it. When the pan gets hot on medium flame, put flax seeds in it and dry roast them for 1-2 minutes. Keep in mind that while roasting, keep stirring the linseed continuously with the help of a spoon so that it does not burn. When the seeds are well roasted, turn off the gas and let the linseed cool down.

When the flax seeds cool down, put them in a mix jar. After this, put chopped green chilies, garlic, lemon juice, salt as per taste and two to three tablespoons of water in the jar.
