Flipkart Online Shopping Fraud: Every day, lakhs of people order something or the other by shopping online. Similarly, Dinesh Sharma, a resident of MP, had ordered a phone from Flipkart. Which was delivered to the address given by him after a few days. Dinesh was very happy with the arrival of his new phone. But after a few days, Dinesh came to know about the fraud committed with him. After which he was shocked.
Dinesh Sharma, who lives in Saket Nagar of the Padav police station area of Gwalior, MP, has been subjected to a major mobile fraud. The new phone ordered from Flipkart was repeatedly having problems with the device. After which he took his new phone to the service center. There Dinesh came to know about the fraud that happened with him, that the phone that was delivered to him was actually an old one. Let us tell you that this is not the first time that such a case has come to light.
When the truth came out, he was shocked
Apart from this, he came to know at the service center that the warranty of his phone had also expired. When Dinesh showed the mobile bill to the service center people, he came to know that the bill he received was also fake. After this, Dinesh complained about the mobile fraud in the court. When the court heard this case, it came to light that Flipkart and its seller sent Dinesh Sharma an old mobile with a fake bill.
The matter reached the court
Considering the seriousness of the matter, the District Court has taken strict action against the CMD of Flipkart company and the mobile seller and has given instructions to prosecute for fraud.
