Star Sports, the official television broadcaster of IPL 2023, on Monday launched a new service called Subtitle Feed to bring a new and big change in the sports broadcasting industry of India. This service is for deaf audience. Deaf viewers can watch IPL matches, but cannot enjoy things like the commentary of the match, the noise of the spectators present in the ground. For such viewers, Star Sports has launched a new service called Subtitle Feed. Through this technology, deaf viewers will be able to read the subtitles of the commentary on the lower part of the TV screen during the live match.

Through this feature, deaf spectators will also be able to experience the noise going on in the ground to a great extent. After launching this great feature, a Star Sports spokesperson said, Star Sports has always been at the forefront of enhancing the viewer’s experience. He said that we are proud that we have launched a unique feature like subtitle feed. The purpose of launching this new feature is to bring the disabled spectators closer to the game and make them feel the noise as well.
