This video has been posted from the ‘X’ account of Nitin Gadkari’s office, in which he is seen talking to Gautam Gambhir. Gambhir met Nitin Gadkari at a time when his name is leading in the race to become the head coach of Team India. A few days ago, he and WV Raman, who has been the coach of the Indian women’s cricket team, were also interviewed. In the interview, Gambhir made a presentation about the future of Team India. After which the possibilities of him becoming the coach have gained even more momentum.
Some time back, Gautam Gambhir had made a big statement about the coaching position while talking to the media. He said – I am not thinking too far ahead. You are deliberately trying to trap me by asking difficult questions. At the moment, all I can say is that I am happy with the current situation. I have just won the IPL trophy with Kolkata Knight Riders, let me enjoy it for now. I am happy with whatever situation I am in right now.

Gambhir congratulated Rohit and Virat
On one hand, there were reports that Gautam Gambhir has put forward many conditions in front of BCCI. One of which was that if Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are not able to perform well in the Champions Trophy 2025, they will be dropped from the team.
