Amidst the changing weather in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, the number of cold diarrhea and respiratory patients is increasing. Four patients, including two children, died on Monday. Five patients were referred to Medical College Saifai as their condition worsened. There was a crowd of patients in the OPD of the district hospital since morning. First aid was given to 811 patients. Most of the patients visited physicians and pediatricians.

Case-1

Surya, five year old son of Sanjeev Kumar, resident of Station Road of the city, was suffering from cold diarrhea for the last few days. The family members were undergoing treatment at a private doctor. When his condition worsened, he was taken to the district hospital. Here the doctors declared him dead.

Case-2

Sandeep, two months old son of Sandeep Kumar, resident of village Vinayakpur of Kotwali police station area, was suffering from cold diarrhea for the last few days. The family members were getting him treated at a private doctor. When his condition worsened, his family took him to the district hospital where doctors declared him dead.

Case-3

68-year-old Aftab, a resident of Mukhiya Halwai Wali Gali, Mohalla Karhal Road of the city, was having trouble breathing for the last few days. The family members were getting him treated at a private doctor. When his condition worsened, the family took him to the district hospital. Here the doctors declared him dead.

62-year-old Rampal Singh, resident of Goshalpur village of Kotwali police station area, was having trouble breathing for the last few days.
