Onion – 10 grams

Tomato – 16 grams

Capsicum – 17 grams

Cheddar Cheese – 16 grams

Chopped ginger – 2 grams

Chopped Garlic – 2 grams

Green chili – 2

Butter – 1 tbsp

Cumin – 1.5 tsp

Turmeric – 1.5 tsp

Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp

Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp

How to make Paneer Bhurji

Crumble them to make paneer bhurji. Now take a pan and put 1 tbsp butter in it. Add finely chopped onion and cumin, ginger, garlic and chopped green chillies to the pan and fry. Add tomato, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder. After this add some water and cover the pan. Let all these things cook for 5 to 6 minutes. After this add chopped capsicum and paneer. Lastly add paneer and cook for 3-4 more minutes. Then garnish this dish with coriander and serve.

2. Keto Dosa

material

Almond flour – 18 grams

Shredded mozzarella – 15 grams

Coconut milk – 30 ml

salt as per taste

cumin powder – a pinch

Asafoetida – a pinch

How to make Keto Dosa

To make the dosa batter, first mix all the ingredients together. After this, lightly oil this solution, put it in a non-stick pan and spread the solution evenly on the pan. Cook the dosa on a griddle on medium heat until the bottom side of the dosa starts to turn brown. Let it cook and after a while you will see that your spread batter starts rising slightly from the sides of the pan. Fold and serve it hot and fresh with coconut chutney.

Cauliflower – 1

Green chili – 1 tsp

Ginger – 1 tsp

Mustard seeds – 1/2 tbsp

Red chili powder – 1/2 tbsp

Chilli – 1/2 tbsp

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp

How to make Keto Upma

To make upma, first cut the cauliflower into small pieces. After cutting, grind these pieces in a grinder. Take a small pan and put some oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds, green chillies and ginger in it. After mixing all these things well, put the blended cauliflower in the pan. Let it cook on low flame and slowly add all the spices. Your Keto Upma is ready.

5. Keto Almond Pudding

material

Heavy whipping cream – 3/4 cup

Unsweetened almond milk – 1 cup

Superfine almond flour – 1/2 cup

Cardamom – 1/2 tsp

Saffron threads – 2

How to make Keto Kheer

First of all, take a saucepan and mix cream, almond milk, almond flour, crushed saffron and ground cardamom and whisk everything together. In the next step, keep the pan on medium flame on the gas and let the mixture boil. Take care that lumps do not come. Keep stirring it till the mixture starts boiling and when the kheer starts boiling, garnish it with pistachios and almonds.
