Shop owner Mohammad Suleman told that this shop is running since 1958. His grandfather Haji Karimuddin started this shop. Also told that he started Khajur Lassi about 35 years ago and since then till today people come from far and wide to drink this lassi. A 500 ml glass of lassi is available here for Rs.70.
Dates Lassi Recipe
Mohammad Suleman told that to make dates lassi, dates are cut early in the morning and then grinded and soaked in water. This date is then put in a mixer grinder and mixed well with milk, cashew nuts and ice for half a minute. After this it is then poured into a glass and given to drink. Customer Izhaan told that he has been coming to drink lassi for 5 years. There is no answer to this. Mohammad Amir, who reached the shop from Ghaziabad, told that he has been coming to this shop for 30 years to drink dates lassi.

According to Mohammad Suleman, our shop Khajur Lassi is very famous. Apart from this, people also come from far and wide to drink almond milk and its rate is 50 rupees. Whereas, at our shop, simple curd lassi is available for Rs.50, fig lassi for Rs.90, banana shake for Rs.30 and banana date shake for Rs.35.
