Ingredients to make Fruit Salad
Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
Papaya chopped – 1 cup
Sprouted Sprouts – 1 cup
Apple – 1
Cucumber – 1
Grapes – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – as per taste
Green coriander finely chopped – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

Fruit Salad Recipe
To make fruit salad, first cut papaya into square pieces. After this, cut cucumber and apple as well. Now take a big bowl and add chopped papaya, cucumber and apple to it and mix all three well. Now take water in a vessel and keep it on the gas to heat it. When the water becomes slightly hot, put sprouts in it and boil it. They have to be boiled till the sprouts become soft.

When the sprouts become soft, turn off the gas and filter the water with the help of a strainer and keep the sprouts to cool. When the sprouts cool down in a few minutes, put them in the fruits bowl and mix well. After this add black pepper powder, lemon juice and a pinch of salt to the fruit salad and mix well. Now your fruit salad is ready. Put it in a serving plate and serve after sprinkling a little black salt on top.
