New revelations are being made every day in the conspiracy to capture 10 thousand square yards of land on Bodla Marg in Agra. The police had taken three accused on remand. Billu Chauhan was the first to become active in taking possession of the land. He used to run a parking contract. It was during this time that he conspired. He was going to make a land deal with MK Aggarwal. Therefore the amount was taken in advance. Fake documents were being prepared with this amount only. Had also prepared some.
The master accused was a friend of Uma Devi’s husband. He also knew Raju. Therefore the discussion regarding land started. It was he who took Raju and introduced him to Uma Devi. He had lured Uma Devi. Raju had taken Uma to Dharmendra. After this the entire game was created.
Action will be taken after collecting evidence
Police say that new information is continuously coming to light in the land scandal. First two fake cases were written. Then the jailed family came out. He made allegations. A case of robbery was registered against 12-15 unknown persons naming the then SO Jagdishpura Jitendra Kumar, builder Kamal Chaudhary and his son Dhiru Chaudhary. To capture the land, fake death and inheritance certificates of Tahal Singh were made. In this case, 6 people including Uma Devi were sent to jail by the police recently.
