In this way, after stepping into the world of acting, Rajesh became so popular that he did 15 consecutive films in three years and all of them were hits.

Kept his illness hidden from the world
In 2011, Rajesh Khanna came to know that he was suffering from cancer. But he kept this thing hidden from the world. In June 2012, his health deteriorated and he was taken to the hospital. But Kaka knew that he did not have much time left. In such a situation, he told his family that he wanted to take his last breath in his home. After this, the actor was brought home and Rajesh Khanna died on 18 July.
