Gift to Maharashtra in election year! From Coastal Road, Sea Link to Ring Road, everything is ready for inauguration.


Mumbai News: The election year is bringing many big projects for Maharashtra. This year in the country Lok Sabha elections are going to be held, while assembly elections are going to be held in Maharashtra this year, and many municipal and municipal elections including Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane Municipal Corporation will also be held.

The first phase of the coastal road in the country’s financial capital Mumbai is ready. PM Narendra Modi is soon going to inaugurate the Atal Sea Link, a sea bridge connecting Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The date of inauguration of the first phase of Aqualine underground metro in Mumbai is also going to be revealed soon. Inauguration of many important flyovers and projects is also possible before the elections. 

45 kilometer ring road ready

The people of Solapur had been demanding better transport service for a long time, which the Shinde government has given a New Year gift to the people by completing the Solapur Ring Road project in record time. The work of construction of ring road was given to Ozoneland MEP Solapur Ring Road Private Limited to easily connect a total of 5 sections of the outskirts of Solapur with Solapur city. With its construction, the possibilities of more development around the area have increased.

To connect many areas of the district like Kegaon, Degaon, Belati, Kavathe, Soregaon, Kumbhari and Doddi with Solapur city, the work of about 45 km long ring road was given to the company on 20 May 2023, which was completed before the record  time. Completed. 

These works were done under the Ring Road Project

Company’s Managing Director Amay Pratap Singh said that a total of 5 sections in this Ring Road project easily connect the outer parts of Solapur with Solapur city. The project involves construction of 2-lane and 4-lane highway with paved shoulders. The project includes widening and rehabilitation of bridges and culverts, construction of improved footpaths along the existing highway etc. 

This newly developed road network will not only improve the movement of people, but will also lead to all-round development of the region through good transportation system for agriculture, commerce, education, health and social welfare. Apart from this, this better road network will also help in maintaining law and order and security in the area.
