Girl wants to get pregnant from 85 years old husband, wants to become parents, there is a gap of 6 decades between the two

Similar is the wish of a married couple having an age difference of 61 years. An 85-year-old husband is trying to start a family despite being older than his wife’s grandfather. Miracle Pogue, 24, met Charles Pogue, 85, while she was working at the launderette in 2019.

‘We had a good vibe, he didn’t make me feel awkward,’ Miracle told Mirror. It was a good conversation, he made me feel comfortable. I knew that he was older than me, but I did not know his age exactly. She said, ‘When I came to know, I was very shocked, by then few months had passed and I already had feelings for her. That was my baby and he wasn’t going anywhere.

Sharing how she found out her husband’s age, Miracle said, “I found out in conversation when we asked each other our date of birth and he said he was born in 1937.” Didn’t even care about his age, we just wanted to see how it goes. I don’t care if he is 100 or 55, I like him for that. I thought he was probably 60 or 70 years old because he looks very good.

Miracle’s mother and grandfather were supportive of their relationship but it was difficult to convince her father. She said, ‘My grandfather said that if I was happy and this is what I want to do then he is happy. My dad was like ‘hell no ma’am, not at all’. I told him that I needed his support. Once he met Charles and talked to him, he loved him.

The couple got married in July last year and despite their huge age gap, want to start a family together. Miracle said, “I wish he had another generation. We are looking forward to visiting an IVF clinic to discuss our options. We had gone to an IVF clinic before, but without knowing we were already being judged. He added, ‘Maybe Charles’ age will stop us from having children but I have an open mind, it might not work.’

He continued, “I know our relationship feels weird and people think ‘what’s going on here?’ But I know he’s got me and I’ve got him.”
