Google gives the option of confidential mode to all Gmail users. After turning on this mode, you can protect the mail with a password. To use it, you have to follow these steps.
Use this feature
First open Gmail. Then write the mail or do whatever file you want to attach and then click on confidential mode. You will see this option in the form of ‘lock’ at the bottom of the mail box. By clicking on it, you will get the option to choose mail expiry and password. As soon as this is set, a message will go to the receiver’s number only after which he will be able to open the mail. Google automatically generates the password by default. One problem with this feature is that the receiver can take a screenshot of your mail or files.
