Ingredients for making gond laddoos
Gum (edible) – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Cashew – 2 tbsp
Almonds – 2 tbsp
Pistachios – 2 tbsp
Watermelon seeds – 2 tbsp
Desi ghee – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup

Method for making gond laddoos
To make gond laddoos full of taste and nutrition in winter, first cut dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachios) into fine pieces. After this, take a thick bottomed pan, put ghee in it and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the ghee becomes hot and melts, add edible gum and fry it. Fry till the color of the gond turns golden brown.

After this, turn off the gas and take out the gond in a plate and let it cool. When the gond cools down, put it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely. Now add a little more ghee in the pan and heat it again and put flour in it and roast it on medium flame. When the flour turns light brown, add coarsely ground gum, dry fruits and watermelon in it, mix and roast. After this, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down.

When the mixture cools down, add powdered sugar as per taste and mix well. After this, take the prepared mixture in your hands and start tying their laddoos. As the laddus get tied, keep them separately in a plate. Similarly prepare laddoos of all the mixture. Leave the laddus like this for some time to set. After this store the laddoos in an airtight container.
